The title of my painting is Boy from Luo Tribe. I enjoy painting, in a realistic style, in acrylics.
Christina Ramos is the current board member in charge of exhibits for The Burbank Art Association. She is a self taught artist. She paints in acrylic, in a realistic style. Her favorite subjects include her four children and people from around the world. She uses profits from some of her paintings to help support missionaries in Africa, Romania and many other countries. Her numerous awards include, Best of Show at the Women's Festival of the Arts 2005, Peoples Choice award for the Santa Monica Religious Arts Festival 2000.
Christina has received juried acceptance to the "Made in California" exhibit at the Brea gallery 2005, Palos Verdes Art Center all media exhibition 2004; American Artist Magazines Art Methods and Materials Show, 2004. One man shows: Burbank Creative Art Center Gallery 2004; Altobelli Galleries 2005 and Long Beach 2nd City Council Gallery, 2006.
